From first message to wearing your gear — here's exactly how it works. No checkout, no surprises: every order starts with a quote.
Five simple steps
Request a quote & send your design
Message us on WhatsApp or use our Virtual Assistant with your apparel, quantity, print method and artwork (or just an idea). We'll confirm pricing and timeline.
Confirm & pay 50% deposit
Once you're happy with the quote, a 50% deposit confirms your order and we begin the mock-up.
Approve your mock-up / sample
We prepare a digital mock-up (and a physical sample where needed) for your sign-off — usually within about a week.
We print your order
Production runs after approval — roughly 2.5 weeks depending on quantity and finishing.
Balance & delivery
Settle the balance one day before delivery. Collect at our Geylang showroom or have it delivered. Names, numbers & packing available on request.
File formats we love
For the sharpest print, send vector artwork — AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. High-resolution PNG works well for DTG / digital. No print-ready file? No problem — we can help redraw your logo from whatever you have.
What affects your price
Every quote is custom. Price comes down to three things:
Type of shirt
The fabric / garment you choose.
Quantity
More pieces = lower unit price.
Design
Number of print colours and print locations.
