Vinyl T-Shirt Printing Singapore

Vinyl t-shirt printing is the perfect choice for bold and colourful graphics on your group's matching tee — even fluorescent prints, or special effects like glitter and flock.

With its wide range of colours and effects, vinyl has become a great choice whether it's for school sports attire, a company tee, or simply a fashion statement.

Why vinyl

A long-lasting investment at an affordable price

Vinyl is a long-lasting investment that keeps looking good for years — as long as you care for your tees properly.

Lasts 5 years or more

With proper care, vinyl prints last five years or more — great value for a matching set.

Little fading or cracking

Even after years of wear, vinyl prints show little sign of fading or cracking.

Simple to care for

Machine wash with a mild detergent to keep prints lasting. Avoid dry cleaning and chlorine bleach, which damage vinyl.

Personalisation

Greater personalisation for everyone

Vinyl needs little to no set-up per design, so it's easy to give everyone their own name or number — ideal for personalising a team's kit.

Unique names & numbers

With little to no set-up, every tee can carry its own name or number — perfect for personalising a whole team's tees.

Set up piece by piece

Each t-shirt does require its own set-up, so the cost increases with every additional piece.

Best under 25 pieces

Because of the per-piece set-up, we recommend keeping your vinyl orders below 25 pieces.

The process

The ins and outs of vinyl printing

Here's a quick glimpse behind the technique, from artwork to finished tee.

1

Prepare the artwork

We start from a high-quality image created out of vectors — at least 300 dpi — supplied in its original size.

2

Plot, cut & weed

The design is plotted and cut from coloured vinyl, then the excess is weeded away to leave just your artwork.

3

Heat press & peel

The weeded design is heat-pressed onto the fabric and the vinyl backing is peeled away — and it's done.

FAQ

Common questions about vinyl printing

How many pieces is vinyl best for?

Vinyl is set up piece by piece, so it's best suited to runs under about 25 pieces. Above that, silkscreen usually becomes the more economical choice.

Can you add names and numbers to jerseys?

Yes — individual names and numbers are exactly what vinyl is for, which makes it the standard choice for sports jerseys and team kits. Send us the name and number list along with your sizes.

How long does a vinyl print last?

Five years or more with proper care, showing little fading or cracking. Machine wash with a mild detergent to keep it looking its best.

Can vinyl print photographic designs?

No — vinyl is cut from coloured sheet material, so it's made for bold, solid-colour graphics. For photographic or full-colour artwork use digital heat transfer or sublimation.
